DeliveryI remember the exact moment I relaxed — couch was in place after a chaotic move and my sore lower back actually thanked me. I ordered this while packing boxes because my back was killing me and I was nervous after a few late deliveries from other places. Shipping was messy and I had to nudge them, but once it arrived it fit the space and feels solid enough. So yeah, not perfect, but happy overall.
