ServiceMy truck's PCM and tuner died on me, and since I work for myself, I had to keep on the move to earn a living. I looked into it and bought a tuner from SPELAB, only to discover that it was out of stock for at least 10 days. I told them about my predicament, offered to pay more for a different tuner if they could get it to me quicker, and they not only sent me the other tuner, but they also upgraded it at no cost. It really saved my bacon. I am so thankful for their amazing customer service and their willingness to help me when I needed it the most.
