I hesitated before buying this delete kit — had a bad run with tuners before and I rely on my 2015 Ram 3500 (6.7 Cummins) for work, so reliability mattered. I needed something to stop the low‑RPM surging that had started months earlier, so I ordered the Mini Maxx V2 as part of the kit. The hardware arrived and the EGR and exhaust bits were, surprisingly, well made and fitted fine. The tuner, though, would not update and the lope/surging remained. I started emailing support on 2025‑09‑16 and kept getting the same troubleshooting reply, over and over, which didn’t help. No offer to replace or refund, and the truck has been out of service for two weeks. If you need reliable support, I’d look elsewhere for the tuner.
