DeliveryFirst time I used them last month for an EGR/DPF tune. Delivery arrived a few days late and the package was scuffed, which didn't inspire confidence. The tune kept triggering the check engine light and kept reverting out, and when I contacted support they basically told me to send it back for a refund — no real troubleshooting offered. Refund processed fairly quick, so that part was okay.
