SPELAB Auto Parts - Reviews and experiences

The Mini Max felt light and a bit flimsy. It worked for a few days, then started acting up. Took a month to get them to agree to a refund, which was fine — I guess — but they’ve had the returned unit for six weeks and still no money back. Emails go unanswered. I’ve had worse support elsewhere, but this one wore me out.

I was crouched in the driveway, convinced I'd picked the right parts for weekend tow — then halfway through I realized they just wouldn't fit my diesel. Had doubts before ordering (fitment charts confused me, browsed threads), but the parts looked nicely made when they arrived. I boxed them back up and reached out to SPE Lab. They were calm and flexible, answered my messages and processed the refund quickly after receiving the return. Not thrilled I didn't get to use them, but pleasantly surprised by the smooth return.

So I ordered this new muffler part from SPELAB but turns out I got the wrong size! The folks at the muffler shop noticed and I was like oh no! But then I sent an email to SPELAB and they replied super quickly. They told me exactly what to do and on March 21, I shipped back the wrong part using FedEx. They even gave me a tracking number for the replacement part they're sending me. I'm excited to receive it and see if it fits this time!
