Spanx - Reviews and experiences

I just bought some new underwear and tank tops and they're super comfy and adorable! I ordered a variety of sizes and colors, but they sent me the wrong ones. I tried calling to sort it out, but the lady in customer service was really rude and not helpful at all. She didn't even try to fix the problem or cancel the extra order I didn't mean to make.

I messed up when I was shopping online, and I accidentally sent a return meant for another store to Spanx. But let me tell you, the customer service at Spanx was top-notch. They really went out of their way to fix my mistake. They refunded me right away for the item I sent to them by accident, and they even sent the money straight to my PayPal account. It was clear they care about their customers a lot. I was super impressed by how much they did to make sure I was happy, and it definitely says a lot about their values as a company.

Oh man, I really needed these pants for a fancy event I have to go to next week. I thought I had ordered them with enough time, but they still haven't been shipped! Now I have to hurry to find another pair just in case these ones don't arrive on time. And can you believe they won't let me cancel my order even though it hasn't been shipped yet? Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? I have to keep waiting around who knows how long just to return these pants and get my money back. Ugh, so not cool.

I had a pretty bad time with an online order I made recently. I got a confirmation email but noticed my shipping address and name were wrong. So, I called customer service right away to fix it, but even after confirming my info, they couldn't make the changes. It was really annoying how they couldn't just update my address easily.
