I just bought some clothes online and they ended up being way too big for me. I tried to return or exchange them the next day, but they said no because the items were on sale. I was really bummed out by that policy, I wasn't expecting it at all. Normally when I shop online, sellers are cool with exchanges, so this caught me off guard. I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but this whole situation has got me thinking twice about shopping with them again.

These black leggings were such a letdown. They felt so cheap and thin, definitely not worth what I paid for them. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund, but they just kept giving me excuses. They said they would refund me if I gave them some details, but all I ended up with was a lousy gift card. Stay away from this company, they're not worth it.

My first time discovering this brand was when I spotted a pair of twill wide legged pants at Nordstrom that really caught my eye. I loved them so much that I decided to visit the brand's store to find my size. The quality of the pants was outstanding and really impressed me. Later on, I ended up purchasing a cocoon jacket during Nordstrom's yearly sale and fell in love with it as well. The brand's products are of top-notch quality and the prices reflect that. I bought several items directly from the brand, but I have to admit that I'm not a fan of their return policy. You have to pay for return shipping unless you are making an exchange, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when dealing with sizing issues. Compared to Nordstrom's excellent customer service and return policy, the brand's policy falls short. I usually only buy from them if Nordstrom doesn't have the size or color I want. Despite this drawback, the products themselves are fantastic and definitely worth the inconvenience of dealing with the return policy.
