CommunicationI was really let down by the customer service I got after buying a pair of high-waisted leggings. It was so annoying how there was hardly any communication from the company. I called many times, emailed a bunch, and even tried their online chat, but got nowhere. It was so frustrating to be ignored after buying something. It felt like they didn't care about me once they got my money, and that really bothered me.
