Spanx - Reviews and experiences

Let me tell you, if I could rate 0 stars - I absolutely would. I made a purchase for some shapewear and chose the Free (Standard) Shipping option. Spanx claimed that it could take up to 9 business days for my order to arrive. As someone who ships packages every single day, I can tell you that 9 business days is absolutely ridiculous. I usually use USPS for my shipments and everything usually arrives within 3 days, sometimes I use FedEx Home as well. Every day, I would get notifications that my package was out for delivery, only for it to never actually show up. Then, on the 9th business day, I get a "Package Delivered" notification with a picture of a bunch of packages on some loading dock - definitely not at my home where it should have been delivered. I won't be giving this company any more of my money after this experience.

So I got myself a pair of compression leggings from this company recently, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone so far. I ordered them two weeks back and forked out extra cash for expedited shipping, expecting them to show up in 3-5 business days. But here I am still waiting for them. And to top it off, they used FedEx as the shipping carrier, which hasn't been the most reliable in my experience. Now I might have to wait a whole month before I can even think about getting my money back. It's frustrating to see this kind of negligence and lack of respect for customers from this company. Good thing there are lots of other places to buy stuff like this.

So, I bought these two body shaper things, but it turned out to be a bit of a bummer. I checked on the shipping and it said they were delivered, but I never got them. So, I reached out to customer service to try and track them down. They asked for photos of other stuff I got around the same time and the tags, which I sent them. But all they said was to keep looking for them. Eventually, I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. It was super frustrating, and I wish I had read some reviews before buying.
