Sound system with defective batteries
I bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.
Amazon purchase missed out on free battery
I bought my speaker from Amazon and then realized I could have gotten a free battery if I bought it from the website. I thought about returning it, but the team ended up helping me out and still gave me the promotion. The speaker is fantastic and the customer service was great. Thanks for all the help!
Sound system
I just bought a sound system from this company and their customer service was awesome. The delivery company messed up the product, but the company fixed it right away and sent me replacement parts quickly. I liked how they kept me updated and were willing to help with any other requests I had. It was a really good, fast, and simple experience overall.
3 speakers love them!
I tell you, I picked up 3 speakers, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! We bring them out for parties and when we're just hanging out with friends. These bad boys are crazy loud, and the sound quality is top-notch. The customer service was fantastic, they really came through for me when I needed them. I loved them so much, I went ahead and bought 2 more, and I'm already counting down the days until the next one!
Gen 3 purchase
Yeah, so I got this speaker and when I got it, the battery was already no good. But thankfully, this dude Frederik from customer service was really helpful and got me a new battery just in time for the weekend. It was great that they fixed it right away and I didn't have to wait forever to try out my new speaker.
