I recently got in touch for a repair and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how quickly and efficiently the team handled it. Leonie really went above and beyond to make sure my product got fixed up in no time. It was awesome to have my product back so soon and be able to jam out to my favorite tunes again. I'm definitely thinking about getting more stuff from this company in the future because I'm really happy with their service and the quality of their products.

Yeah, so I got this speaker and when I got it, the battery was already no good. But thankfully, this dude Frederik from customer service was really helpful and got me a new battery just in time for the weekend. It was great that they fixed it right away and I didn't have to wait forever to try out my new speaker.

I just had to get new batteries for my sound system because the old ones weren't doing the trick anymore. I got in touch with customer service and they got back to me super fast, which was a nice surprise. Not only did they say they'd send me a new battery right away, but they also made sure it was covered by the warranty. I really appreciate the amazing service I got from this company - good customer service like that isn't easy to find these days.

I had a bit of a problem with my sound system after using it for about 3 years, and of course it was no longer covered by the warranty. But sending it to Denmark for repairs was surprisingly easy and quick. Right from the start of contacting them to getting back my fixed item, everything was done really well and with a lot of care. The cost of the repair was very fair, and I am super happy with how it turned out. I have to say, the service from this company is really top-notch. You guys are doing an awesome job!
