Returns & RefundsI bought a sound system from this company back in 2019 and they threw in an extra battery for free. I hardly even used my sound system, but now that spare battery is acting up and won't charge. And guess what? It's past the warranty period so they want me to fork out for a new one, even though I never got to use it! Not impressed with their customer service or battery quality at all.
