I just got these new sneakers from the store and I was pretty bummed to see that they came with some black marks on the white laces. I tried getting rid of them but no luck. It sucks 'cause these shoes weren't cheap.

I just ordered some Air Jordan shoes and a cap from this store, but unfortunately, I had to send half of my order back. I used DHL to ship it back to Belgium for 10€, and I was expecting a refund of 74€ for both items. It was a long wait of over 3 weeks with no updates, so I had to reach out to customer support. They ended up giving me a refund of only 50€, saying that the cap was not in the package I sent back. I was really disappointed because I was sure I had sent everything back. Even if the cap was missing, I had paid 60€ for the shoes, so I felt like I was getting ripped off. All in all, it was not a great experience, and now I'm not sure about ordering from them again.

I gotta say, I was totally blown away by how quickly my order got to me, like it was at my door within just 24 hours of me placing it. But, I gotta admit, I was kinda bummed to find out that the Halloween discount didn't work for the fancy shoes I was eyeing. That made me second guess my purchase, y'know? Luckily, the customer service peeps stepped in and sorted it all out by hooking me up with a 10% off coupon to use on my order. I gotta give 'em props for being on top of things and making sure I was happy in the end.
