App & Portalit works, mostly. I needed a new e-commerce platform because our old setup kept dropping orders during weekday sales and I was losing customers — not great when you rely on a few steady accounts. So I moved the store online properly and this platform handled the basics without drama. Looking back, that was the main win: stability. The admin centre is straightforward, so I could stop digging through logs every morning. I can customise which metrics show up, tweak dashboards a bit, and get straight to sales numbers and pending fulfilments. Not glamorous, just functional, and that’s fine.
