I had such a great experience at the sneaker store! I ordered the J1's but they didn't fit, so I had to return them. The return process was super easy and I got my refund really quickly, within just 2 days. Overall, amazing service and everything was done quickly. I'll definitely be shopping there again and joining in on their raffles!

So I ordered a pair of sneakers from this store, and honestly, it was a let down. The customer service was so bad and their return policy is just a joke. They make you pay for shipping, and then slam you with a big fee if you want to return it. And if you need to exchange for a different size, tough luck - you're stuck. It feels like they don't care at all about their customers. Overall, super disappointing.

I just ordered some Air Jordan shoes and a cap from this store, but unfortunately, I had to send half of my order back. I used DHL to ship it back to Belgium for 10€, and I was expecting a refund of 74€ for both items. It was a long wait of over 3 weeks with no updates, so I had to reach out to customer support. They ended up giving me a refund of only 50€, saying that the cap was not in the package I sent back. I was really disappointed because I was sure I had sent everything back. Even if the cap was missing, I had paid 60€ for the shoes, so I felt like I was getting ripped off. All in all, it was not a great experience, and now I'm not sure about ordering from them again.
