I recently ordered something from SNS and the customer service I got was really disappointing. I saw there was a 20% discount after I ordered, so I contacted their customer service to see if I could get the discount applied before it shipped. They said no, they don't do that. I thought that was pretty unfair, especially since they have a 14-day buy and try policy. It felt like I was being punished for trying to get a discount that other people could get. And then they told me I had to return the item and buy it again to get the discount. Plus, their stores don't take returns from online orders, so I'd have to pay extra for shipping just to get the discount. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, and I felt like they didn't care about keeping me as a customer.

I ended up finding the sneakers I wanted at this cool store in Shoreditch while I was just wandering around. They were a pair of Cortez sneakers that I really liked, but they didn't have my size available. The person who helped me out was super friendly and even took the time to look online to find my size and make sure I had the right American sizing for the shoes.

I gotta say, I was totally blown away by how quickly my order got to me, like it was at my door within just 24 hours of me placing it. But, I gotta admit, I was kinda bummed to find out that the Halloween discount didn't work for the fancy shoes I was eyeing. That made me second guess my purchase, y'know? Luckily, the customer service peeps stepped in and sorted it all out by hooking me up with a 10% off coupon to use on my order. I gotta give 'em props for being on top of things and making sure I was happy in the end.
