So, like, I ordered this really cute cardigan back in December or January. I was so pumped to get it, but by mid-January I still hadn't heard anything about it being shipped. I decided to shoot the team a message, and they got back to me after a few days. Turns out, the cardigan was on back order because of Covid, which is a bummer but totally understandable. They apologized and gave me the option of a refund or a store credit with an extra 15%. I decided to go with the store credit, and they sent me the code super fast. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how they handled the whole situation!

Wow, these clothes are so amazing! Every time I wear them, I get a ton of compliments. And can we talk about their customer service - they really went out of their way to help me get my orders shipped from overseas hassle-free. And the fact that they don't mass produce is a major bonus for me.
