I bought a dress not too long ago and I was let down by how it turned out. When I took it out of the package and tried it on, buttons started coming off. Four buttons ended up falling off before I even got the chance to wear it. That's just not cool, especially for how much I paid for it. I reached out to customer service and all they offered was a small refund to cover the cost of fixing it up. All in all, not a great experience and definitely not worth the price.

I'm absolutely in love with my new pajamas! They're incredibly soft and cozy, ideal for just chilling at home. The design is so cute, I feel like a princess when I put them on. The customer service was top-notch, they were really friendly and quick to answer all my questions. And can we talk about how hard they're working in Ukraine? It's truly impressive! I just bought a linen suit from this company and it started to fray after a few washes because it's delicate. But, I was really impressed with the amazing customer service I got, especially from Varvara. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy by offering to replace the damaged part for free. It was so nice to see that kind of dedication to making customers happy.

I've had these big, striped PJs for about a year now. At first, I really liked how they looked, but the quality isn't great. The seams around the collar, legs, and arms started coming loose after only a few months. My biggest problem is with the cuffs on the legs - the stitching only goes partway around, so I keep tripping on the extra fabric. This has almost caused me to fall down the stairs a few times. Some of my friends have the same issue with their PJs too. It seems like they cared more about how they look than how well they wear. I wouldn't suggest getting these if you want PJs that will last.

I bought a pair of feather pajama pants from this store recently. At first, there was a delay in getting my order, until I contacted customer service. The people I talked to were nice, but messaging on Instagram was slow - emailing worked better. Once my order was finally sent out, it arrived in Australia quickly, so any delays were probably from processing, not shipping. But I was disappointed in the product's quality, especially for the price. The feathers started falling out right away, making the pants look less fluffy than in the website pictures. I'm worried they'll keep shedding and not hold up to regular wear. The material of the pants is ok - thick and decent quality, but too long for me, so I'll need to alter them. Overall, the service and delivery were ok, but the price didn't match the product's quality.
