App & PortalI tried to use the app to buy some bedding, but I couldn't access the website or log in to a URL. The responses I got were really unclear and not helpful at all. When I asked for a phone number or to talk on the phone, they just said there's no phone support. Dealing with these guys seems like a mess, it's like there's only one person running it who doesn't care about customers. Save your money and look for better platforms!
