Sisley Paris - Reviews and experiences

The customer service at this store is terrible. I ordered some skincare products, they took my money, but I never got the items. I emailed them many times and they finally said the products were out of stock, even though they were still on the website as available. And on top of that, I still haven't gotten my money back. It's ridiculous that I have to keep bothering them for a refund when they didn't even have the items. The way they don't communicate or tell customers what's going on is really disappointing.

So, I went and bought this thing from the store, eh? And then they totally messed up my order, so I had to return it. But then, it took forever to get my refund, you know? I even emailed them three times, but they didn't even bother replying! It's like they don't give a darn about their customers. So rude, eh? I've been buying from them forever, but now I'm totally done with their stuff! Like, for real, I'm never going back there again.

I gotta say, dealing with customer support after having a bad reaction to a product was just awful. They said they'd take back the product, but man, what a mess. First they sent the wrong paperwork for pick-up, so the courier had to leave with nothing. Then, when they rescheduled, same thing happened - wrong paperwork, no product. It took forever for them to finally send the right paperwork, and I was stuck with these products giving me a rash. And to top it off, customer service has been totally MIA, not responding to any of my messages. Just a real frustrating situation, ya know?
