I had a bad experience with this company about their refund policy. I bought a dress that didn't fit me right, and when I wanted to return it, they gave me a hard time and said no to a refund. Their customer service wasn't helpful at all, and no one said sorry, which made me frustrated and unhappy with everything.

Hey, so I ordered a dress for my girlfriend as a surprise, but man, it was such a letdown. The size was way off, and the design wasn't even close to what was shown on the website. And get this, when we tried to send it back less than two weeks after we got it, they said no refunds! Like, come on, that's just not cool. This kind of dishonesty is just not okay.

I wish I had checked out the return policy before buying. Apparently, you need to ask for permission to return, cover the shipping costs, and only get store credit - no cash back.
