Simply Dresses - Reviews and experiences

I placed an order on September 20th for two dresses, eh? The website said they'd ship in 3 days, but now it's the 29th and I still don't have them. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but they seem to be ignoring me. I even used their contact form, but all I got back were generic responses. I feel like they just took my money and ran without planning to send my stuff. It's frustrating and disappointing, eh.
