ServiceThe customer service at this company is just terrible. I called to ask about my order because the tracking info said it was delivered two weeks ago. The person I talked to didn't even check my current order, they looked at one from 4 months ago. They basically told me to search my own house for the missing package, which is so stupid and not helpful at all. In the end, the customer service sucks and they don't listen properly.

With how much I paid for this mirror (£200), I gotta say, I'm really let down by the whole situation.

The phone numbers on their website just hang up on you, which is super frustrating and time-wasting. It feels like the company has completely ditched the "human" part of their name, and customers like me are feeling ignored and abandoned. This whole push for AI over human contact needs a serious rethink, because it's not doing any favors for us customers. Honestly, Simple Human is really dropping the ball when it comes to quality products and customer service. My trash cans are already starting to rust, and the soap dispensers I got aren't cutting it. It's obvious that this company is going downhill fast, and if they don't make some big changes soon, people will stop buying their expensive, low-quality stuff.

I got a dish rack and a trash can from them, thinking I was getting top-notch products, but I was very let down. They said they had fast shipping, but my order took weeks to get to me, and they would not give me my money back. Not only that, but they tack on extra charges without explaining why. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I was stuck talking to unhelpful representatives who did not seem to know anything about the company's policies. This company is just trying to make money without caring about keeping their customers happy. Stay away from them at all costs.
