I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I've always been happy with the stuff they sell. But I've run into a bit of trouble lately with two round lighted mirrors I bought. I tried everything on their website to fix them, but they still won't light up. Before, I could always count on their great phone support to help me out, but now there's no phone support at all. It's kind of frustrating and makes me wonder if their products are as good as I thought.

I just got a new lid for my garbage can from this company, but it didn't come with the little pins needed to put it on. I've tried to contact them through text and chat, and even sent four messages, but no one has gotten back to me. This lack of response and missing parts has really let me down in terms of customer service.

I ordered a white trash can, but they sent me a chrome one by mistake. When I reached out to customer service to fix it, I only got a message from a robot, no human contact. I tried to sort it out, but I couldn't talk to a real person, so I got frustrated. Their poor customer service and slow problem-solving made me choose to send the stuff back and not buy from them again.
