you don’t sell something, take the money, then hand it out to someone else. It breaks trust. I’ve had other retailers sort out shipping or at least offer a clear refund option without the awkward “too bad” vibe, so maybe my expectations were shaped by past good experiences. Now I’ve got a package that needs a signature and I’ll be in another country; logistics are a mess because of their timing and policies. There are some small positives — prices were fine and the website was easy to use — but the way they handled stock and communication was the problem. Won’t be ordering from them again; just not worth the stress before a trip.
