I first spotted this jacket on my friend’s Instagram and the photo sold me more than the description did. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the fabric felt — soft, not scratchy, and it just drapes in a way I like. Fit-wise it’s... odd. A bit roomier in the shoulders than I expected and the sleeves run long, so I had to roll them a couple times. I almost panicked because I was leaving for a trip and thought I’d missed the return window, but in the end I kept it. It layers really well and has become my go-to for chilly evenings. I did try the online chat about sizing while abroad — it was slow and a little clunky, no phone option — but nothing catastrophic. I told my sister to try it too and she liked the colour. Overall I’m happy with how it feels on and that it actually gets worn; could’ve been smoother, but no regrets, honestly glad I gave it a shot.

I was charged more than the ticket said at the till. I tried to sort it out properly, sent receipts, opened cases, messaged, emailed — the WhatsApp chat kept dropping me after like a minute, which is absurd when you need to explain things. It’s frustrating, and yeah, it made me second-guess buying from them again. On the plus side the jacket’s pockets are actually useful (small victory), and the colour survives a couple of washings. So emotionally I’m split: product delivered on quality and everyday use, customer support didn’t. If they fixed billing without the runaround, I’d be fine recommending the item; as it is, I’ll think twice next time.
