Service13 arrived, paperwork said 18, and the automated help asked for account numbers and passed me to a "special team" — felt like a bot. After a long hold a human eventually picked up, they investigated and resent the missing items. Delivery ended up fine and I'm actually pretty glad it worked out, even if the whole thing was clunky.
