I’d use it again — good value for everyday buys, with a few caveats. I grab chargers, a sweater and cheap kitchen tools for weeknight cooking and commuting; they usually do the job. Sometimes a seller ships a dud, so I actually skim reviews now, and that saved me once. Site’s easy enough, delivery isn’t slow, and support helped when a parcel went sideways. Not perfect, but overall pleasantly practical for budget shopping these days, eh.

The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when I saw the refund land in my bank account. It wasn’t the full drama-free outcome I wanted, and there were a few emails that could have been clearer, but the money came through and my back felt a bit better knowing I hadn’t wasted cash. It’s not perfect. Communication could be warmer and faster. Fees were a bit higher than I expected. Still, it worked in the end, and that relief was real. If you’re in pain and need something that helps, go for the product — but be ready for some back-and-forth if you need to return it. Keep records, take extra photos, and don’t assume they’ll just process things smoothly.

13 arrived, paperwork said 18, and the automated help asked for account numbers and passed me to a "special team" — felt like a bot. After a long hold a human eventually picked up, they investigated and resent the missing items. Delivery ended up fine and I'm actually pretty glad it worked out, even if the whole thing was clunky.
