I went to the store and picked up this really nice hoodie from the friendly lady who was working there. She helped me find the perfect size and color, and she was so nice about it. She made sure I was happy with my choice before I left.

My recent online shopping experience was just awful. I messed up my shipping address, so I contacted customer service right away for a fix. But boy, oh boy, those reps I talked to were no help at all. All they did was tell me to wait for the tracking number and change my delivery preference, but that didn't fix anything. So now, I'm missing half of what I ordered and still haven't gotten a refund. I kept asking to chat with a manager, but all I got was more unhelpful email replies. Gosh, the whole customer service ordeal was beyond frustrating. I felt totally ignored and like my problem didn't even matter.

I was at the store in CF Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke not too long ago, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. The person working the cash register was super rude and seemed to be judging me just because we come from the same cultural background. It's a bummer to see that kind of attitude in a store setting.

My most recent visit to the store really let me down. The service was terrible, and the whole experience was just disappointing. They said they'd email me a receipt, but it never showed up. Plus, the customer service was so bad - they were dismissive and not at all helpful. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. A really frustrating experience that I definitely don't want to go through again.

I just bought some blazers at the store in Kingsway mall, Edmonton, and let me tell you, the service was absolutely amazing. The manager there was a total gem - always super friendly, helpful, and ready to lend a hand. The rest of the team were also fantastic, which made my shopping trip a total breeze. I would definitely suggest checking out this store if you're in need of some stylish clothes and top-notch customer service.

She was super helpful and knew her stuff about the products in the store. Preeti really listened to what I needed and liked, and she ended up helping me pick out the perfect outfit for my event. I was really impressed by how professional she was and how great she was at customer service. The store had a ton of trendy and stylish clothes to choose from, so it was easy to find what I needed. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience thanks to Preeti and the store's awesome inventory.
