CheckoutOh my goodness, this store seriously has the absolute worst customer service ever! I ordered something online and there was a promo code that didn't even work. I emailed them about it, but it's been almost a month and they still haven't fixed it. I even reached out to them through chat, and get this - they took a whole 2 weeks just to ask for the same information I already provided in my email. So frustrating!
