I decided to order some new shoes because I thought they looked really cute on the website. But when I got them, they took forever to arrive! I tried asking why they were taking so long, but the customer service people were really mean and just kept telling me to read the rules. So rude! I even tried calling, but no one answered. Ugh, worst experience ever. I'm definitely not shopping here again!

I got these awesome shoes, but then I realized I made a mistake with the shipping speed. So, I sent them an email, but they just said they couldn't do anything about it. Now I have to order another pair and waste more shoes just to return the first ones. Why can't they just adjust the shipping speed? Their customer service is terrible. Seriously, they should be more eco-friendly and customer-friendly, you know? And now I'm kicking myself for using that promo code. Ugh, definitely not buying from them again!

I love these shoes, but let me tell you, the service is terrible! I've been a loyal customer for years, but the customer service is a mess. I get we're in a pandemic, but waiting over 20 business days for help is just ridiculous. And then to be told to wait even longer? That's just adding insult to injury. I had to turn to PayPal for help, luckily their protection saved the day.

I just got these black flats from the company and I'm not sure how I feel about them. They're comfy and look good, just like the other stuff I've gotten from there. But this time, they were too big and gave me blisters on my heel. Luckily, the customer service team was quick to send me a smaller pair. They fit great and I was happy with how fast they helped me out.
