I bought these shoes like three months ago, but I still haven't got them or my money back. It's been such a hassle, you know? They took way longer to ship than they said, and then they got held up in customs. I emailed customer service about it, and they did reply at first, but now they haven't done anything to fix the problem or give me my money back. It's been more than three months now, and they're not even talking to me anymore. It's just really frustrating how they're not being straight-up or taking responsibility.

I bought some black shoes on sale that were supposed to be the right size but they ended up being too big. When I tried to exchange them for a smaller size, they said no because they were on sale. That's not fair, how am I supposed to know if they fit if I can't try them on?

My new shoes were so nice and shiny, but guess what? After only 4 months, my toe went and poked a hole right through them! I was totally thinking they'd hold up better since I paid a pretty penny for them. Bummer that the company won't give me a new pair. Ugh, so disappointing!

Just wanted to share my experience with returning a pair of shoes I bought online. The shipping within Canada was super quick, got my order in just a few days. But when I tried to return the shoes, it was a bit of a headache. The return process seemed simple, but when I printed out my labels and went to the shipping centre, they told me I needed a commercial invoice. The customer service agent I talked to didn't really get why I was having trouble and just kept saying sorry, mentioning that their team was trying to fix it. It was frustrating not being understood and it ended up being a waste of my time.

I bought these shoes and I was really disappointed when they started getting holes on the toe and sides after just a few months of wearing them only once or twice a week. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement or refund, but they didn't want to help at all. It's frustrating to spend a lot of money on shoes that end up being the least durable pair I've ever had. It's too bad because I actually liked how they looked and they were pretty comfy.
