TrackingI just wanted to share that I made an order with this company not long ago. Sadly, even though the tracking said my package was delivered, I never actually got it. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but it was honestly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The reps were no help at all, wouldn't give me their names, and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I was so shocked I started recording our talks just to have proof of how poorly I was treated. This whole thing has really let me down, and I won't be buying from them again.

TrackingTerrible customer service, can't get a hold of anyone. I ordered a Christmas gift in November, but it never showed up and said it was delivered. Had to wait on hold forever just to start an investigation.
