My recent purchase has turned into a total nightmare. The order has been stuck in transit for a whole 10 days now. I've tried contacting customer service, but that darn automated bot they suggested has been no help at all. I can't even get a refund because the bot just sends me to some useless tracking company. I just want my money back from the actual company, not some bot! It's so frustrating that I can't even talk to a real person at the company. Romwe, please stop sending customers to that useless bot and find a better way to deal with our problems.

After I ordered some new clothes, I was kinda bummed to find out that my package was on some unnecessary worldwide trip. The clothes were cool and all, but the shipping process was really inefficient and just not up to par.

My experience shopping online with this retailer was pretty disappointing. I ordered some items that never showed up, even though the status said they were shipped and just stuck at the local facility for a long time. When I contacted customer service, they told me to wait even more before finally saying that my items might be lost, without looking into it much. The only good thing was that they quickly gave me a refund. Even though I'm glad they resolved it fast, I'm not sure if I want to shop there again after this whole thing.

For real, all these complainers just need to calm down. I keep seeing all these negative reviews and it's like, come on, it's not the end of the world. Yeah, my order was delayed by a day because of shipping issues, but let's be honest, it's not the company's fault. We're in the middle of a pandemic, cut them some slack. And don't even get me started on the tracking system, like, chill out everyone, it's on its way. My package finally arrived early in the morning, just one day late. Not a big deal. Patience is a virtue, people. Props to the brand for holding it down during these crazy times.
