I had a bad experience with my recent purchase from this online store. I bought something that said there were 8 left, but later got an email saying part of my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. The main thing I really wanted was one of the items that got cancelled. I was annoyed by the poor communication and stock management.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the verification process for my order. After making a purchase, I was asked to provide a picture of my license for confirmation due to a potential fraud flag. I complied and sent the requested picture, thinking that would be sufficient. However, I was surprised to receive another email requesting additional screenshots from my email and PayPal account. This seemed excessive and unnecessary, adding unnecessary stress to the situation.

I found the communication from the company to be unclear and poorly written in English. It was difficult to understand exactly what they were asking for, which only added to my frustration. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.

I have decided that I will not be using their services again in the future due to this negative experience.
