My recent experience with that online clothing store was really disappointing. I made an order a month ago and spent a lot of money on a few things. When the package showed up at the border 20 days later, I was hit with a surprise tax fee that I wasn't ready for. I didn't want to pay the extra charges, so I decided to send the items back. Even though I managed to send the clothes back, I still haven't gotten a refund. The lack of communication and the fact that they haven't fixed the issue has made me feel like I got scammed by the company.

So, I bought this hoodie and sweatpants from this store, and honestly, it was such a rip-off! They were way too big on me, so I wanted to return them, but they wouldn't give me my money back. It's like they were pulling a fast one on me, right? I tried contacting their customer service, but they straight up ignored me. Their service was just awful. I had to go to the attorney general's office to get my money back. Can you believe that? It seems like they couldn't care less about their customers. Don't bother spending your money there, just a heads up.

I recently bought two pairs of those super stacked pants for ladies from this company, hoping to spice up my wardrobe a bit. But when they arrived, I was bummed to see that they were smaller than what the size chart online said. I contacted customer service to ask about an exchange, but they said they only do refunds for returns right now. It was frustrating because I was hoping to swap them for a bigger size. Also, I had to pay $12.00 for return shipping, even though I got free shipping on my original order. The company's lack of flexibility and communication was pretty disappointing.

I got this red hoodie and black pants from the store and it was honestly the worst time ever! I made a mistake and ordered twice, then I tried to cancel one before it was sent out. But the store didn't let me know until after it was shipped that they couldn't give me a refund, only store credit. And when I returned the pants that were the wrong size, I never got my cash back. They never respond to my calls or emails, it feels like they don't care about us customers at all.
