The toothbrush subscription service offered by this company is amazing! It's been a total game-changer for my oral hygiene routine. Having new brush heads, batteries, and toothpaste delivered regularly is so convenient. The 30-second timer for each section of your mouth really helps me make sure I'm brushing thoroughly for the full 2 minutes. Since I started using this service, I've seen a big improvement in my brushing technique and overall oral health. And the pricing is fair compared to other companies that charge way too much for similar products. I definitely recommend this toothbrush subscription service to anyone who wants to step up their dental care game.

My experience with this company has been really frustrating because of their customer service. Every time I've had to deal with them, it's been super slow and only through email, which is just not okay in today's world. It's like they automatically don't trust their customers and make it so difficult just to get simple things done. For instance, when I asked for a $5 discount code to be replaced, they went and started looking into my original purchase for no reason, just to say no to my request. That made me go somewhere else to find a better deal because I was so fed up. Dealing with them sending me a broken brush motor and then wanting proof that it didn't work before they'd send a replacement just confirmed for me that this company isn't great. Their whole vibe of not trusting and being cheap isn't good at all, and they really need to step it up when it comes to customer service.

This company's refill plan is such a mess! It's so frustrating trying to make any changes or cancel your account, you have to jump through so many hoops. The chatbot system is honestly the worst, and there's no actual person to talk to for help. I had to go as far as blocking future charges with my bank just to get out of this never-ending subscription nightmare. It's such a rip-off and such a pain to deal with.

At first, I was happy with my new toothbrush. It was a nice upgrade for my dental care routine. But when problems came up, like delays or missing packages, their customer service was really disappointing. Dealing with them was frustrating and left me feeling annoyed. And it doesn't seem like they've made any changes to improve, which makes me wonder if it's still worth it.

I bought an electric toothbrush but it's not as good as I thought it would be. The brush head vibrates but the bristles don't move, so I'm not sure if it's doing a good job cleaning my teeth. My husband thinks it's fine for him, though. My main problem was the awful customer service - they were rude, gave me wrong info, and kept blaming me even when I had proof from emails to show they were wrong. Also, their website is hard to use, you can't change or cancel orders easily, so I had to keep calling their unhelpful customer service team.

The toothbrush subscription is great for travel because it comes with a new head and battery every three months. The toothbrush is really easy to bring with you on the go. The tape strip idea to stick the brush case to a surface is smart, but it doesn't last long with repeated use. However, their customer service for subscribers is excellent. They've always been quick to help and solve any problems I've had with a lot of care.
