DeliveryI just wanted to share a recent online shopping experience that didn't go very well. I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but somehow the shipping address got switched to a fake one. So, all my orders got sent back to the company. I didn't get any emails about this and only found out when I saw the charge on my account. I tried talking to customer service, but they wouldn't give me a refund. It was super annoying and left me feeling really frustrated.
