Returns & RefundsI ordered some black boots for an event, but when they arrived, they sent me the wrong color! So, I reached out to customer service to fix the mix-up, and they said I gotta place a new order for the right ones. Plus, I gotta wait for a refund once I send back the wrong boots. It's frustrating 'cause I really needed them for the event, and now I'm not even sure if I'll get the right ones in time. Ugh, if only they had packed my order correctly in the first place!

She was so nice and quick to help me out, taking care of my issues right away and fixing everything super fast. I was really impressed with how well she knew what she was doing and how professionally she handled everything. All in all, the customer service I got was awesome and really made things a lot easier for me.
