DeliveryI'm super bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something a few weeks back and still haven't gotten it. I've tried contacting them multiple times but all I get is the same old "be patient" reply. It's pretty obvious that my order is lost somewhere, but they won't send out a new one or give me a refund.
