This store is just terrible, eh? Their clothes are way too expensive and poor quality. And don't get me started on their return policy – it's just the worst. I bought something and when I tried to return it, they only gave me store credit. What a joke! Couldn't even talk to anyone about it, customer service was seriously lacking. Save your money, don't bother with this store – it's a total scam, eh.

I gotta tell ya, don't bother spending your hard-earned cash on this website! The way they handle things during this pandemic is just unbelievable, like, no empathy at all. I get it, companies have their rules and all that, but this is like a once-in-a-lifetime kind of situation and they should really cut their customers some slack. So my prom got canceled, right? And all I wanted was to return the dress I bought, still brand new with the tags on and all, but they straight up said no. It's just so frustrating! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else where they actually give a darn about the people buying their stuff.

Just a heads up, be careful with sizes when ordering from this store because they might not be the usual sizes. If you need to return something, make sure to ask for authorization within 7 days or else you're out of luck. When I tried to get help with sizing problems, the customer service wasn't very helpful or understanding. They wouldn't even consider letting me pay a restocking fee or get store credit, it was just a straight up NO. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of flexibility and understanding.
