So I ordered this really cute sparkly dress online, eh? But when it arrived, it was totally not what I was hoping for. The material was scratchy and the fit was all wrong. And when I tried to send it back, the customer service was not helpful at all. I ended up having to get my mom to take care of it because I was so upset. And on top of that, they wouldn't accept it back because of the pandemic! Not cool, eh?

I recently bought a dress from an online store and I was a bit disappointed because the color of the dress I got was not the same as the one on their website. The website showed a bright red dress, but what I received was more of a dull burgundy color. I reached out to customer service to ask for a picture of the dress in mustard, which I was thinking of exchanging for because of the wrong color of the burgundy dress. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a picture of the actual color, which makes me wonder if the mustard dress is also not true to the picture online. This whole situation has made me doubt the accuracy of the colors shown on their website, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.

I just bought a lovely dress for my daughter from this store and I have to say I'm pretty happy with the quality. The dress was exactly what was advertised and it fit my daughter just right, although we had to get it hemmed because she's a bit tall. The only problem was that there was way too much glitter, it was everywhere! Even though that was a bit much, my daughter loved the dress and looked so beautiful in it.
