I loved ordering from this place called Prom Girl online, eh! They had so many pretty dresses to choose from and they were all ready to ship, eh. It was cool because you don't have to try them on like in a dress store, eh. I also got credit buying online from Ebates, free shipping, no tax, and it came super fast and in excellent condition, eh. They even threw in a cute bracelet, eh!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom, hoping it would arrive with the 2-day shipping I paid extra for. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. I placed the order on a Friday, but come Tuesday afternoon, I got an email saying there was some mix-up with the shipping and billing info not matching. They put my order under fraud review, which just made things slower. After proving the account was legit, they finally shipped the dress, but it arrived late. My daughter ended up missing her prom. It's really frustrating to deal with companies that don't communicate well and aren't efficient.

I just ordered a prom dress and paid extra for next day shipping because I needed it for a special event. But, the dress got lost by the courier during delivery. I checked with the courier and they confirmed the loss. So now I'm trying to get a replacement or refund from the company.
