So about a month ago, I bought this really nice blue camera bag, you know? And now, both corners are totally worn out with no leather left on them! I was really frustrated, so I reached out to them and they were all like "nah, it's because you used it too much." But seriously, that doesn't even make sense since it's only been a month! I thought that if I invested so much on a bag, they would at least try to help me out, but nope. So now, I'm not going to buy from them again, ugh!

I got this bag a few months back and it's already looking terrible! I was counting on it lasting a while, but the corners are all messed up. It's unbelievable! I have bags from Zara that are better quality than this one!

So, I went to this store for the first time and honestly, I was super disappointed with how things turned out. The handbag I bought was all messed up, and the customer service I got was not great at all. I was really hoping for better quality control, especially considering how much I shelled out for that bag.

When I tried to get help about the defect, it took them almost two weeks to sort it out. And instead of just sending me a new bag, they sent me a little bag of bolts to fix it myself. Like, really? I was so annoyed and not happy with how everything went down.

On top of that, the bag was just packaged in a boring dust bag inside a plain old paper box. Like, where's the luxury in that? Overall, my first time shopping with them was a letdown, and I definitely won't be going back in the future.

I really love these bags, eh! They're super durable and have a timeless style. I've had mine for years and the leather still looks amazing. Plus, you can get them for a good price when they're on sale. I have no complaints at all!

I just bought a sweater online from this brand that was supposed to be 100% merino wool. But surprise, surprise, when I got the sweater, it turned out to only have 30% wool and the rest was synthetic stuff. And to top it off, the sweater was made in China, even though the brand talks a big game about quality and luxury. I was pretty let down by the false advertising and the fact that the quality wasn't as great as I expected, especially since it wasn't exactly cheap. It's pretty disappointing to see a brand that brags about premium products pulling shady moves like that.

As someone who loves shopping for fancy fashion stuff, I always look for top-notch quality and accuracy when checking out products online. Sadly, the bag I got from that brand didn't live up to my expectations. It was supposed to be soft and luxurious like they showed on their website, but it turned out to be hard and stiff when it arrived. That was a big letdown for me. I felt like I got duped and it was a real bummer. To make things worse, the customer service reps first agreed they messed up but then told me I had to keep the bag even though I wasn't happy with it. That flip-flop and lack of professionalism just made me even more irritated. All in all, this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back to shop from them again.
