ServiceI had to cancel an order the other day because I was short on time, and it was so annoying that there wasn't a phone number I could call for help right away. I only had 15 minutes to cancel before it was too late, and having to wait for a response through messages was not what I wanted. But, I'm glad that they sorted it out and gave me a refund in the end. The item was actually a gift for a friend, so I couldn't return it myself.
