App & PortalAs a customer, it was really challenging for me to find Funko pops from the franchise I wanted. I was bummed out because a lot of the stuff I wanted was already sold out. It would have been way better if the sold-out button was a different color than the 'buy now' button, so it's easier for us to see what we can't get. Also, if they marked pre-order stuff with a different shade or label, it would have made it way easier to navigate the website. I think they could definitely make some improvements in terms of product availability and giving us visual cues.
