At first the heels and trainer soles looked like they were failing way too fast — white showing through, bits coming off after fewer than ten wears. I reached out, got a helpful reply from customer service who arranged a replacement and gave care tips. Now they feel comfy and look fine. Tip: ask about sole firmness and don't use them as beaters.
