Returns & Refundscomfy, smart, felt like they'd last. I did worry about long-term wear though. At about a year they started splitting at the sole. I called customer service. They asked for proof, I sent photos, and after some back-and-forth they agreed to replace the pair. Not perfect, but my worries mostly went away.

Returns & RefundsI got the wrong pair (men’s instead of women’s) and had to send them back, which was annoying. But the delivery team and customer service were great after that — they followed up, sent a prepaid return label, and the correct pair showed up faster than I expected. I was a bit stressed at the mix-up, but honestly they handled it and kept me in the loop, so I ended up pretty pleased. Would tell my pal to try them too, especially for the easy delivery.
