I bought a necklace from this company for my son, but it broke the first day he wore it. I was really disappointed with how it turned out, so I contacted them. It was hard to get in touch at first, but eventually, they emailed me about exchanging it. I wasn't happy with that, I just wanted a refund. I tried reaching out a few times but didn't hear back, which left me feeling frustrated. It seemed like they were avoiding dealing with my issue. All in all, it was a letdown and didn't meet my expectations.

Oh my goodness, I just received the locket I bought for my girlfriend for Christmas and it's like, totally perfect! The colored laser photos are seriously amazing and I'm so excited to see her reaction on Christmas morning. I just bought an engraved locket from this company, and man, was I ever let down by the quality of the product. The name on the locket was totally crooked, which really bummed me out, especially since I shelled out a good chunk of change for it. To top it off, I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after placing my order, and that got me wondering about how much attention they actually pay to making each piece. The locket looked cheap overall, definitely not what I was hoping for in a personalized piece of jewelry. I was floored at how low-grade it seemed for the price I paid. It's super disappointing that they'd send out something of such poor quality and then refuse to take it back since it's customized. Feels like a total rip-off, honestly. I'd advise staying away from this company, for sure.

I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. I bought sterling silver monogram earrings for my niece last Christmas and they were a disaster. They came without earring backs, one was rose gold instead of silver, and the craftsmanship was awful. Definitely not the sterling silver they advertised. I sent them back right away and was promised a full refund, but still waiting for them to take off the 20% re-melting fee. They're not very cooperative, even with their so-called 100% Satisfaction guarantee. I highly doubt their claims of being featured on shows like Today or in any magazines. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Don't worry about those negative reviews online, eh. My necklace arrived super quickly and it's just perfect. Yeah, the gold might be a bit thin, but the price is totally fair for a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. I couldn't be happier, eh!

I just got this really beautiful 1" solid sterling silver locket that has a lovely dog paw design on the front and a laser picture of two dogs inside. It was everything I hoped for and even came with a nice neck chain. I was kind of hoping for a display box to come with it, but the way it was presented in the mail was still nice. I ended up giving the locket to my daughter, who recently lost her beloved dog and we also lost a member of our family. The emotional connection we both felt to the locket was really strong, and we both ended up crying. The box it came in was really nice, and the blue bag added a nice touch to the whole presentation. Overall, I'm really grateful for this heartwarming piece and the feelings it brought out in us.
