DeliveryDealing with this company was a total nightmare, eh! I ordered a charm necklace for my son's birthday back in November, but when it finally showed up in December, the envelope was totally empty. I called customer service and they were super dismissive, telling me they had nothing to do with the missing gold charm worth $400. They still wanted me to pay for it! When I tried to get a refund through my bank, they denied me. Totally unacceptable, eh!
