I'm really not impressed with this company at all. I bought some stuff from them, but it was junk, so I sent it back. Now I've been waiting forever for my refund and I still haven't seen a cent. The people I've been emailing with have been no help at all, and it seems like they're dragging their feet on purpose. The stuff they sell isn't even close to the quality they claim it is, and honestly, I don't think they should be in business at all.

I bought a locket on December 12, 2023 for my sister's Christmas gift, but it arrived broken! The pendant was really flimsy and one of the photos was all shattered. I phoned right away to return it and get my money back, but it's just been impossible! I sent it back with tracking info, but I haven't heard anything since! It's been so frustrating trying to get a refund, and no one is replying to my emails or calls. I feel like I've totally been scammed, and it's just unbelievable that this company can get away with such awful service! Such a rip-off!

I just got a daisy locket for my mother-in-law's Christmas gift, but it came damaged and seemed really cheap compared to what I saw on the website. The engraving wasn't done properly, it looked like a cheap laser print. Now I'm trying to return it, but the company wants me to pay for the shipping and a 20% fee for "re-melting" even though it's not real gold. The product's lack of quality and the bad customer service has made me really disappointed. I suggest looking somewhere else for better quality and service.

They're not very cooperative, even with their so-called 100% Satisfaction guarantee. I highly doubt their claims of being featured on shows like Today or in any magazines. Don't make the same mistake I did.
